To Visitors to Japan

Patients who are not covered by Japan’s public health insurance system are treated on a self-pay basis.

■ Basic Medical Fee

• Initial Visit: ¥7,500

• Follow-up Visit: ¥3,500

A visit will be considered a follow-up if it occurs within one year of the previous consultation. After one year, it will be treated as an initial visit.

The Basic Medical Fee includes:

• Medical consultation

• Physical examination

• Medical advice

• Standard administrative sevices

• Language support

Additional fees may apply depending on the tests and procedures performed.

If a prescription is issued, a prescription issuance fee of ¥1,400 will be charged.

■ Additional Examinations & Tests

If laboratory tests, imaging studies, or other procedures are required, fees are charged separately.

Common Examination Fees

• Urinalysis → ¥720

• Electrocardiogram (ECG) → ¥2,600

• Chest X-ray → ¥4,200

• Blood test (standard panel) → ¥12,160

• Influenza antigen test → ¥6,420

• COVID-19 PCR test → ¥17,900

All test fees are calculated in accordance with Japan’s national medical fee system (medical fee points × 20 yen), ensuring transparency and consistency.

■ Sample Total Fees (Approximate)

• Urinary tract infection (including urinalysis)

  → Approx. ¥9,500

• Common cold symptoms (no test, fever clinic)

  → Approx. ¥8,900

• Common cold symptoms (with influenza antigen test)

  → Approx. ¥1,5000

• Common cold symptoms (with influenza antigen test & COVID-19 PCR test)

  → Approx. ¥33,000

Please note that total fees may vary depending on the required tests.

■ Documentation Fees

• English Receipt → ¥1,100

• English Medical Certificate → ¥4,400

例年、インフルエンザが大流行しております。また、新型コロナウイルス感染の同時流行も懸念されますので、ぜひワクチンの接種をご検討ください。

＜京都市の高齢者インフルエンザワクチン助成制度について＞

京都市の助成制度を使用して接種される方も、当院にて接種が可能です。ホームぺージ、お電話等で事前にご予約ください。

◎ 対象

(1)　接種日現在65歳以上の京都市民
(2)　接種日現在60～64歳で、心臓、腎臓、呼吸器の機能に障害があり日常生活を極度に制限される京都市民
(3)　接種日現在60～64歳で、ヒト免疫不全ウイルスにより免疫の機能に障害があり日常生活がほとんど不可能な京都市民

◎ 料金

◎助成期間：

令和7年10月15日～令和8年1月31日までの取り扱いとなりますので、その期間にご予約・ご来院ください。

新型コロナワクチン接種のご案内です。

◎ 対象：初回接種済みで、前回の接種から3か月以上経過している方

◎ 料金：京都市65才以上の方は7,500円、75才以上の方は5,000円（R7/10/15～R8/1/31の期間）

＊上記以外の方は、自費 15,950円（税込）となります。

◎ 使用するワクチン：「コミナティ筋注シリンジ12才以上用」（ファイザー社製）のみです。

◎ 高齢者の定期接種（助成）は、令和7年10月15日～令和8年1月31日までの取り扱いとなりますので、その期間にご予約・ご来院ください。
